The Summer Sake Tasting Event is our annual fundraiser that has 3 main goals:
1. Raise funds to support the operation of the Japanese American Museum of San Jose
2. Engage the Japantown community on multiple levels through supporting local vendors, highlighting community groups, providing a fun volunteering opportunity, and bringing together neighbors for a festive evening of connection
3. Educate the public about sake and sake culture
