At Legal Council for Health Justice, we believe that everyone deserves a fair chance to lead a life of dignity and opportunity. For more than 35 years, we have empowered individuals and communities, using the power of the law to secure dignity, opportunity, and well-being for all. Our programs serve individuals and families facing barriers due to chronic, disabling, and stigmatizing health and social conditions.

Each year, Legal Council holds a Summer Soirée at Sidetrack Chicago. We were able to hold this annual event in-person in 2022 after a two-year hiatus, and are looking forward to once again gathering in-person this year on August 17. This will be a fun evening with delicious food and drinks, awards, a raffle, and the opportunity to come together once again in community with one another.

The raffle is an important part of our event, and will feature several exciting packages full of Chicago centered activities, items, and experiences. To honor your donation, we will include your logo on our event materials and in social media posts.

At the Summer Soirée, we will celebrate our work with our closest supporters, share about the importance of everyone having access to equal and fair resources that enable us to reach our full potential—like health care, food, reliable housing, and a stable income. Your donation will be an important part of our raffle, and will help to make our event a success during this critical time for the health justice movement; all funds raised at the event benefit our work to provide hope and stability for children and adults living with life-changing health conditions.
