Hospice Wellington is excited to announce their Sunflower Open Golf Tournament back on Tuesday, August 23 returning to Guelph Lakes Golf and Country Club.  This special Golf event is a perfect opportunity for colleagues and friends to socialize and share an afternoon of fun in support of the FREE programming and services for the individuals and families dealing with end of life here in Wellington County.

This year’s event is sure to be a memorable day including golf, games and raffles, and a wonderful steak dinner.  Registration is still open for this event and tickets can be purchased at HospiceWellington.org.

As a not-for-profit, charitable organization, Hospice Wellington relies on the financial support of the community we serve, where 100% of the proceeds we raise stay in Wellington County.  All proceeds from this event will be directed towards the important supportive programs and services offered free of charge, to individuals, caregivers, and families, who are impacted with end-of-life situations. 

Hospice Wellington is grateful to all their Prize Donors who have supported our organization throughout the years.  

We respectfully invite you to take a prominent role and support us with this year’s Sunflower Open as a "Prize Donor”. "Prize Donors" are our community leaders and understand the importance of Hospice Wellington. All prize donors will be named on our event signage as well as at our prize table on event day. Please note, prizes with value of $500 or more will get a pre-event social media shout out and a verbal shoutout by our dinner emcee at the event.   In addition, sponsorship packages are available, if interested, by reaching out to me.
