I am writing on behalf of the Sunnyview Primary School to request a donation for our Spring Festival scheduled for April 13, 2023. At this event, typically attended by students, their families, and other members of the community, we provide games, food, arts and crafts, vendors, and a silent auction. The event proceeds will help pay for items and events that support the school and our students, such as new playground structures, library books, and educational software.

We would greatly appreciate any donation you can toward our silent auction baskets or gift certificates for services. If you make a donation for the Spring Festival, your business will be recognized as a sponsor at the event and will also receive a letter and certificate of thanks from our school and its students. If requested, we can also provide a donation receipt letter with the PTO's tax exempt ID number for your records.
