Every dollar raised through this golf tournament goes directly toward improving youth programs in our local community of Vista/Oceanside California. Kiwanis Club of Sunrise Vista donates Educational and Arts scholarships, rewards elementary school students with our Treasure Chest of Books (students get to pick and keep books when they are "caught being good"), BUG (Bring Up Grades-students are rewarded for grade improvement). In addition over the last 3 years Kiwanis Club of Sunrise Vista has given out over 7000 books to children along the Vista Holiday Parade. Our club sponsors 5 high school Key Clubs where students learn about leadership and volunteering their time in the community.
