We hope this letter finds you, your business, your family, and friends all doing well.  These are challenging times for all of us, as we attempt to adjust to the current realities. Every year our Boys & Girls host an annual banquet to celebrate the progress of our unit, honor the lives the youth we serve and raise money. Due the circumstances and everything going on in the world we have decided to move our Banquet from in-person to online. We are writing to you to ask you to consider partnering up with us to help us keep our doors open so we can continue to change the lives in our community.
 
            Fundraising is key component of our budget and our annual banquet plays a large part in our budget.  In place of our annual event this year, we will host an online “Pre-Black Friday” auction November 9th- 15th as alternative fundraiser to support the Sutton-Hooker Unit.  During this online auction, the Boys and Girls Club Sutton-Hooker Unit will offer some truly unique selections of baskets designed specifically as Christmas gifts full of all kinds of wonderful surprises!! We would appreciate any doantions or auctions items you would consider sending our way.   If you choose to donate you will receive advertising, options for early shopping at our auction, and tax write-off for your donation.
 
All the proceeds go to help pay our building payment and ensure that we can continue our work with the youth in Polk County.
