Dear Community Member:

On Friday, May 26, 2023 from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. the Scranton Public Library will host its 12th annual Swingin’ on Vine block party and fundraiser. This popular event features cookout-style food, seasonal cocktails, raffles, and live music by Picture Perfect. Each year close to 500 people attend. It is our hope that you will partner with us to make this event a success.

All money raised will benefit the Scranton Public Library and its services designed to meet the needs of our community. This includes books, DVDs, and digital resources as well as programs like kindergarten-readiness classes, technology assistance, and literacy presentations. Most recently, our 21st-century public library now offers patrons access to a Makerspace, Library of Things, home delivery services, and more.

We ask for your consideration in donating a basket or a gift certificate for the raffle portion of our event. Your business name will be displayed at the event and on our social media pages to acknowledge your generous donation.
