Sycamore’s Family Dance fundraiser is just around the corner! The Family Dance is one of our school’s largest fundraisers; the funds generated will directly support our beloved art and music education programs. 

To make this event as successful as in years past, we could use your help! Sycamore’s Family Dance will feature a silent auction and a raffle. We invite you to donate an item or service to be included in our evening’s program. The contribution can be merchandise, a gift card, or a service. Your business will be acknowledged in print at our event and published in our auction program that is sent out to the entire school community. This is the perfect opportunity to promote your business while helping our students receive the best education possible.

Sycamore’s Family Dance will be held on Friday October 27th, 2023 in the school’s courtyard. The event is an annual family-friendly fundraiser complete with a DJ, dancing, and games. It’s a fun time for all! The silent auction provides targeted marketing for the businesses who donate, and gives the families a chance to bid on items and services that may not typically be within reach, or that they may not have known about. The silent bidding also drives friendly competition that directly benefits the school, so it’s a win-win for everyone and is the favorite part of the dance for many. The raffle gives the kids a chance to participate in winning smaller items (also from donations).  

Donations are to be received by Friday, October 13th, along with any promotional materials you would like displayed at the auction.
