Description

Join the Monroe County Humane Association for an evening of fun, laughter, and camaraderie while
supporting the programs and services of MCHA! Our 15th Annual Tails on the Town features both a silent and live
auction, dinner, dessert sale, wine and craft beer tables, MCHA Therapy Team snuggles, and other surprises!
Come be a part of MCHA’s largest fundraising event of the year!

2022 marked the most suceessful Tails on the Town to date, with over $86,000 raised!
We welcomed both new and longstanding supporters back to this event after a 2 year Covid hiatus, and with their help
we were able to far exceed our donation goals.

FUND A NEED - MCHA Transport Vehicle
2022 brought continued growth for MCHA with an increased numbers of clients and patients, bringing
more attention to our programs and services. It is because of the generous support of donors,
community members, and businesses that we can continue to provide free pet food from our Pet Food
Pantry, pet supplies to in-need pet owners, and reduced veterinary care to those most vulnerable.
Due to this increase in need for our programs, we find ourselves in need of a vehicle that can transport
pet food and supplies, allow staff to travel to areas of our community hosting Vaccination clinics, and
bring direct medical care to transient pet owners who would not be able to receive care at a brick and
mortar veterinary clinic

MCHA is an independent 501c(3) nonprofit organization that does not receive government funding and is not affiliated with any
national humane organizations MCHA is an animal welfare and advocacy organization focused on proactive efforts to improve the lives
of companion animals in our community, share education and provide opportunities for owned pets and families in the Monroe County
communities.
