With nearly one in every 200 Americans living with Crohn’s disease or ulcerative colitis, chances are you have a friend, family member, or co-worker connected to these diseases. Crohn’s disease or ulcerative colitis, collectively known as inflammatory bowel diseases (IBD) are painful, medically incurable diseases that attack the digestive system. Take Steps and the Crohn’s & Colitis Foundation of America (CCFA) are dedicated to funding research for treatments and cures.

Our Take Steps walks are family-friendly festivals dedicated to our patients and their families and serves as a celebration for all the hard work and dedication of our community. Our community is a group of patients, loved ones, friends and supporters that EMPOWER and INSPIRE each other to continue the fight against these diseases. Each year we CONNECT with others as we fundraise for cures.
