The Talmadge Block Party is an annual event that is celebrating it's 23 year.  We are a volunteer-run, community organization, bringing together residents from over 1200 homes across all ages for a day of fun, connection, celebration and fundraising. We will see anywhere from 500 - 700 people at our event who will be entertained with live music, food, raffle baskets and live auctions. We are a 501(c)3 organization. Tax ID# is 47-1166022. The proceeds from our raffles and auctions are donated primarily to small, local, organizations  that might be otherwise be overlooked.  In the past we are proud to have made donations to the Talmadge Patrol, Fay Elementary School, The Copely Price YMCA, the Choral Club of San Diego, the Talmadge/Kensington trash-pickers, Sharia's Closet, the San Diego River Park Foundation, etc. Your contribution, no matter the size, cam make a significant difference in the success of our event.
