On May 18, 2024, Temple Ahavat Shalom, established since 1965, serves Jewish families in the San Fernando Valley and surrounding areas, with a place to worship, socialize, and perform community service efforts locally, nationally and internationally.  We participate in food, clothing, personaly hygiene, household goods and blood drives. We are partnered with OneLA, helping to serve the unhoused and with Interfaith Solidarity Network, promoting peace and understanding among a variety of faiths and cultures. Our annual Gala, attracts approximately 250 people as we honor congregants who serve our congregation in their leadership and generosity.  We will have an online auction, in addition to an onsite auction.
