Taste of Downtown attracts more than 300 business professionals and community members each year and raises the necessary funds to host the Elmira Street Painting Festival, which is celebrating its 18th year in Downtown Elmira. It's an evening filled with great food "tastes" from local restaurants, spirits, live music, and friends, featuring raffles and silent auctions.
