You are invited to become a sponsor of the first annual 2024 Fort Lee School 3 PTA "Taste of Fort Lee" Tricky Tray fundraising event to be held May 19th, 2024 at Fort Lee School #3 in Fort Lee, NJ. This event will be equal parts Tricky Tray fundraiser and community food festival with PTA members preparing and sharing small bites and treats that represent the incredible cultural diversity of the School 3 community.

Your donation of merchandise, gift certificates, admission passes, or financial support will be included as prizes in our Tricky Tray style silent auction.

Please note that the Fort Lee School 3 PTA is a full incorporated 501(c)(3) organization, so your contribution is full tax deductible to the extent allowed by law.

The proceeds from this fundraiser will support our ongoing work promoting recreational, cultural, and enrichment events, programs and resources for Fort Lee Public School #3 students and staff.

Every year we host multiple events for students and families, ranging from our annual Halloween dance party to educational family events like our "I Love Math" night.

We also provide events, resources, and material to support teachers, ranging from recess play equipment to classroom supply wishlishts, to our annual teacher appreciation holiday party.

Three ways to contribute:
All donated prizes will be listed with the name of the contributing business plus any promotional materials you provide prominently displayed.

PRODUCT DONATIONS:

In-kind contributions of products offered by your business will be assembled into a prize basket exclusively featuring your business’ products.

GIFT CERTIFICATE DONATIONS:

Gift certificates worth $100 or more will be offered as standalone prizes. Certificates for $99 or less may be combined into larger gift packages. 

FINANCIAL SPONSORSHIP:

Your financial contribution of $250 or more will be used to purchase high end prize items that will be listed as sponsored by your business.
