Description
Our Taste of Independence gala raises fund to benefit our Transition to Freedom Fund. This fund helps to remove the barriers to independence by providing assistance for seniors and people with disabilities to transition out of costly and isolating nursing homes so that they may access their civil right to live full, independent lives in thier own homes in the community.
