On May 14th, 2025, Kid Power, Inc. will host its 12th Annual Taste of the Garden fundraiser to raise money to support the growing needs of DC youth this school year and to close the equity gap for students in underserved communities. Every year, this unique event brings together students and acclaimed chefs for a lively cooking demonstration. It also recognizes local and national heroes dedicated to philanthropy, entrepreneurship, health, wellness, and social justice.

For more than 20 years, Kid Power has served thousands of DC youth in our innovative and hands-on programs. Today, I am requesting an in-kind donation for our silent auction. Your tax-deductible contribution will help keep costs down so that we can ensure all the donations received in support of the event will directly impact the advancement of our FREE programs.
