Description

As a dedicated nonprofit organization committed to advancing literacy and community engagement, the Friends of Storrs Library are hosting a Tea Time event to raise crucial funds to support the library's ongoing initiatives. To enhance the success of our fundraising efforts, we are seeking in-kind donations of tickets for our silent auction and raffle.

Our event will consist of 200 guests for a full afternoon tea. Participants will enjoy specially selected high-end tea, finger sandwiches, scones with clotted cream and desserts in the library on Sunday, May 19th. We know our patrons will be excited by your donation and remind them of your presence

Your generous contribution will not only help us create an engaging and memorable experience for attendees but also significantly contribute to the success of our fundraising endeavors. Funds raised from the event will directly benefit the Storrs Library, enabling the Storrs Library to continue providing essential resources and programming to our and surrounding communities.

We deeply appreciate your consideration of this request and any support you can provide. Your contribution will make a meaningful difference in the lives of those Storrs library serve.
