Description

Friends of Richard Salter Storrs Library, is a dedicated volunteer organization in Longmeadow MA, is excited to invite you to partner with us for our upcoming Tea Time Fundraiser on May 4th. This delightful event will raise crucial funds to support the Storrs Library's mission of enriching our community through engaging programs, expanding our diverse collections, and fostering a vibrant hub for learning and connection.

For two weeks leading up to our Tea Time Fundraiser, we will be hosting a raffle featuring a variety of exciting prizes.

The Friends of Storrs Library play a vital role in supplementing the library's budget. Through our fundraising efforts, we are able to:

Enhance Programming: We fund a wide array of programs for all ages, from children's story times and summer reading programs to adult lectures and workshops. These programs enrich lives and foster a love of learning.
Expand Collections: We contribute to the purchase of new books, e-books, audiobooks, museum passes, and other materials, ensuring our community has access to a diverse and up-to-date collection.
Engage the Community: We support initiatives that bring the community together, creating a welcoming and inclusive space for everyone.
Your contribution would be highly visible to our community, as the raffle will be promoted both within the library and through our various online channels.

We understand you receive numerous requests for donations, and we sincerely appreciate your consideration. We are confident that a partnership with the Friends of Storrs Library would be a mutually beneficial opportunity to support a valuable community resource.

Thank you for your time and consideration. We look forward to the possibility of working together.
