Through our commitment to education, NWR PTO fosters a positive relationship among the school, community and students which will engage every child to reach his/her potential.  NWR PTO provides support to the school, students, teachers and staff through supplies and facility needs and program enhancements which otherwise would not be covered by the school budget.  The PTO provides two scholarships to two graduating seniors by way of fundraising throughout the year.
