Horace W. Porter PTO is a non-profit organization supporting 500 students ranging from pre-k to 8th grade. We are a registered 501c3 non-profit organization committed to building relationships between home, school, and the community to create a rich experience for children and promte parent involvment. We are looking to do a raffle to gain funds to improve our classrooms. We are looking for your support.
