Each year teachers and staff of our local schools are faced with many challenges and obstacles. Through the ups and downs, they continue to put in the work to help educate our youngest community members.  

We would appreciate your help in acknowledging the 90 teachers and staff in our Discovery school community. Restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores and other local businesses can help show their appreciation by celebrating our teachers during Teacher Appreciation Week, which occurs in early May. We would love your support to make this happen with donations from your business in the form of a small gift card or items to raffle off.  We are also looking for a business to sponsor a teacher lunch one day during the week and will gladly accept any monetary sponsorships. In return for your contributions, we will recognize your business on displays at the event, as well as the school’s social media page. 

We plan to brighten our staff and teachers’ days during Teacher Appreciation Week, which occurs between May 8-12, and our PTO families would love your help! If you have questions, please do not hesitate to reach out to me directly.
