I am writing on behalf of Welch Elementary School in Naperville to request a donation for our Teacher Appreciation Week, which will take place May 6-10, 2024.   We are a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that raises money to pay for enrichment supplies, school events, and equipment for our teachers and students.  Our school has about 100 teachers and staff members. 

We would truly appreciate your donation to our Teacher Appreciation Week. Every year, during this week, we treat our teachers and staff members to breakfast, lunch, snacks, relaxing activities, and fun prizes to show our appreciation for all they do for the children of our school.  We are hoping your business can help us make Teacher Appreciation Week extra special this year!  We will be promoting the names of the businesses who donate to our cause in our school newsletter, on our school sign out front, on our school PTA Facebook page, and putting the names of donating businesses on our flyer, which will be sent home with the students prior to the event. We are certain your donation or gift certificate will generate much excitement and success for our teachers and for your business!  We are also happy to distribute any coupons or fliers for your business during the week.
