Dear Sir/Madam,

I am requesting a donation for Teacher/Staff Appreciation Week, which will be held from May 5th to May 9th, 2025.  This week, we will honor the teachers and staff in our school district and thank them for their dedication and hard work.  We seek donations of gift cards, baskets, or tickets to be raffled off to the staff members at no cost.  Our teachers and staff would love the opportunity to see the donations on display and have a chance to win.

Your donation to Teacher/Staff Appreciation Week will show our staff that their work does not go unnoticed.  They are deeply committed to the students, community, and one another throughout the school year.
