The Topsfield Elementary Schools PTO (TESPTO) is hosting our 9th Biennial Fundraising Gala- Black & White Bash. Our event will be held on Friday, May 3rd, 2024, at The Ferncroft Country Club in Middleton and will include both a live and silent auction.

Funds raised will fully support our school's enrichment programs, field trips, and our teacher grant requests (for technology, classroom seating, teaching training, etc) for the coming two years. We are a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization run by volunteers and 100% of the money we raise directly impacts the elementary school children at Proctor and Steward School.

We are searching for donations of gift cards or materials to help support the silent auction. As a donor you will receive publicity prior to and during the event which will be viewed by both our invitees and attendees. We will be sending out more than 500 invitations to our event and expect to have 175 attendees present.
