Making an Impact, One Community At a Time. With approximately a thousand participants expected throughout the weekend at the Sugar Land Marriott Hotel, located in the heart of the city’s bustling town center, the 2023 Annual TCAC District Convention will attract some of the most astute professionals, entrepreneurs, corporate partners, political leaders and decision-makers from across the State of Texas.
