Texas Independence Day Silent Auction
Carnival/Festival for Scholarship Association of the Texas A&M Club of MarylandMar 07, 2020 from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM
Dear Business Owner/Manager:
The Texas A&M Club of Maryland will be celebrating our 10th Annual Texas Independence Day Silent Auction to support Endowed Scholarships on March 7, 2020. The location for the event will be at Little Havana, 1325 Key Hwy, Baltimore, MD 21230.
The club uses this event as a fundraiser to build Endowed Scholarships (501c(3), tax ID #42-1665624), sending Maryland students to college. Maryland has 800+ active alumni and 70+ current students at Texas A&M. Known for their Veterinary Medical School, Mays Business College, and Engineering programs, Texas A&M develops leaders of character, dedicated to serving the greater good while instilling their core values (More information at; http://www.tamu.edu/about/coreValues.html ).
This event attracts more attendees and donations each year. We depend on you and our local alumni to supply us with exciting silent auction items. Please donate and help our Maryland youth; donate a gift certificate, cash or merchandise from your business. In the past years, your generous donations have saved a Maryland Student and their family $20,000 per year in out of state tuition, as well as allowing us to fully fund an Endowed Scholarship to Texas A&M University.
We thank you for considering our request. Donations can be provided to the requester directly or sent to the address below. Receipts for your donations(if needed) will be sent out no later than March 23, 2020. If you have any additional questions please don’t hesitate to reach out to us at the email address or number below. Thank you for your consideration.
Sincerely,
David Greenberg
