We are so excited to announce the 2024 Texas Jam Health Fair. Thank you so much for your kind support and sponsorship of our previous event. With your organization's continued generous donation and support the 2024 Texas Jam Health Fair will continue to have a positive health impact on the community through dance, health and education. Local community leaders and politicians will be in attendance. There will be educational discussions around, talks on health and social issues affecting the Dallas-Fort Worth and national community at large. The Texas Jam Health Fair will provide free health screenings, as well as connecting patients with appropriate follow up care. Will be working with local pharmacies to provide important vaccinations. Senior citizens from local nursing facilities will come and participate and get healthy chair dancing fitness and exercise, lunch and goody bags. We hope that we can count on your continued support.
