The 24th Annual Black and Gold Ball
Gala/Party for Harvard Community Education FoundationNov 12, 2022 5:00 PM to Nov 13, 2022 12:00 AM
Black and Gold Ball is the annual fundraiser for the Harvard Community Education Foundation. This year will be our 24th Ball after 2 years off due to COVID. The Ball is a great event where attendees can enjoy a wonderful meal, an evening of dancing and fun-complete with a live band. The fundraiser includes silent and live auctions and a few raffles.
The Foundation raises and disburses funds for educational programs not ordinarily available through tax-supported education. The Foundation is proud of its long history of helping students explore the world in ways greater than what our tax dollars alone provide. The Foundation has funded notable projects including equipment for learning labs, grants for business incubators to teach our children to become the business leaders of tomorrow, 3D printers for S.T.E.M. education, scholarships for higher learning, as well as grants that have focused on science, literacy, art, music, world appreciation, disability learning, and others. These additional educational benefits would not be possible without the kind and generous donations we receive.
Your support will have an immediate and immense impact on the educational opportunities offered to our children. In the past seven years alone, the Foundation has funded educational grants totaling over $400,000.
