Mission & Vision
Our mission is that every day, we provide the support, education, and research that will help everyone impacted by Parkinson’s disease live life to the fullest. Our vision is “Strength in optimism. Hope in progress.”

Proceeds from this event will be used to support our local initiatives and programs, including our support groups, exercise programs, and our Financial Hardship Fund, which assists those living with Parkinson’s disease experiencing a financial hardship. We also have a Community Grant Fund that supports local Parkinson’s centers here in Connecticut.

The APDA Connecticut Chapter supports our mission by educating and empowering those in our community affected by Parkinson's by promoting hope and optimism through innovative services and programs and funding vital research. This dual mission of helping people live better today while we also fight for a better life tomorrow is unique.
