Description
The Balancing ME Retreat is a full weekend retreat that provides facilitated sessions to help build and establish self-love practices for women who have gone through emotionally traumatic events. With trauma-informed yoga, massages, meditation, and scheduled therapeutic coaching sessions, the women will be able to find HER inside of them and begin to learn how to love HER again.
