This is our rescue’s first year of operation and we are already at capacity. 

As a 501c Rescue, The Bunny Trail Rescue is solely donation-based. Therefore, we must rely on fundraising and help from the community to achieve our budgetary goals. 

As we celebrate our accomplishments, we also want to celebrate what a gift it is to have such a supportive and generous community in both Fresno and Monterey County to begin this journey.  Our rescue focuses on the unwanted, abandoned, mistreated, and abused domestic rabbits, we want to show them the life they deserve.  

What we are fundraising for: We are raising money to begin to have a savings account for the bunnies’ medical expenses, being able to help the sick/injured bunnies that come our way. Right now we are scraping by making ends meet, but would like to start having some breathing room. We also are raising money to cover the overhead expenses such as kibble, litter, kennels, vegetables, increased electrical expense, etc. As a 501c3 Rescue, all donations and purchases in our silent auction are tax-deductible.

Our auction opens Oct 16th and runs through Oct 23rd.
