The Castleton Elementary School is pleased to announce that this is our 35th year hosting the CES Community Fair! The fair is located on school grounds and is a day of fun for the entire community. All are welcome. We have handmade carnival games, bounce houses, a rockwall, pony rides, hotdogs, hamburgers, popcorn, local vendors, local police, fire and ambulance bring their vehicles and set up booths. we also have a huge silent auction! Our silent auction usually attracts so many community members! A handful of us volunteers spend our summer going out into the community and asking for donations towards our silent auction. We put baskets together that are around $100 value for a $1 ticket and values $100-$500 for a $5 ticket. $500 and above would be a $10 ticket. We strive to have something for everyone, even pets. This is our biggest fundraiser every year! All money we raise goes directly to K-6 field trips, assemblies, author visits, social activities for students and families as well as classroom needs.
