Description

Please join us for a fun-filled evening with dinner, wine, bidding, and laughter as we celebrate 45 of services and raise critical funds to support early learning. We will be celebrating with you in person at Magnuson Park Hangar 30. Let us unite with our volunteers, donors, and community members to support Denise Louie Education Center and hear about our work as you engage and connect with your tables. Together we will honor this year’s Dream Award recipients and help raise the funds needed to close the opportunity gap.

Last year, in our virtual auction, generous sponsors, donors, and attendees helped us raise over $200,00 to provide early learning and family support services to 1,138 low-income children and their families in King County. Since 1978, we have provided early learning and family support services for Seattle children to close the opportunity gap before they begin kindergarten. All of our programs are designed to prepare kids for kindergarten at no cost to many essential workforce families. We would love your continued encouragement as we work together toward our vision of educating and empowering children and families. As a community, we can raise resources to bridge the funding gap from inadequate federal support for the critical services we offer, and we hope you will continue to invest in us.

Denise Louie Education Center could not exist without the important support and partnership from our community.  The Dream Award was established to acknowledge the outstanding work of individuals and organizations whose strong commitment to children has resulted in 1) increased access to early education and stability for children and families and 2) increased resources that allow Denise Louie to serve and expand its programmatic goals. It is because of champions like these that we are able to continue to provide high-quality early learning access to our youngest learners!
