We are a non-profit organization that strives to promote, encourage, and build our community to support the families of our students. Our goal is to enhance the educational and social environment by providing opportunities for parents, teachers, and staff to grow together and stay connected.

 I hope this letter finds you well. On behalf of the Millstone Township PTO and the Millstone Township Foundation for Educational Excellence, I am excited to invite you to contribute to our upcoming Gatsby Gala Casino Night — our largest annual fundraising event. This year’s event will be held on Friday, January 24, 2025, at The Crystal Ballroom in Freehold, NJ


      As our primary fundraiser, the Gatsby Gala will play a critical role in supporting Millstone Township’s educational programs. All funds raised will directly benefit over 1,100 students by providing essential educational tours and experiences, such as art supplies, library books, updated classroom technology, assemblies, and field trips — items and activities, that are often beyond the school’s budget without your generous support.

We are kindly requesting your assistance by donating an item to our silent auction, such as a gift basket, gift certificate, or monetary contribution. Your donation will help enhance the educational experiences for our students and ensure the continued success of our schools.

In return for your support, we will prominently acknowledge your business in our event program (distributed to over 300 attendees in 2023), on our Facebook page, and on The Millstone Township PTO website. We hope that by supporting our event your business will gain visibility within the community and foster new, loyal customers.

Checks should be made payable to Millstone Township PTO.

Additionally, all contributions are tax deductible (Tax ID #21-0694074).

Checks are payable to Millstone Township PTO.
