On any given night there are over 2,200 people in Tarrant County without a home. Many of these are children. Since 1987, Arlington Life Shelter has offered a pathway to self-sufficiency to over 25,000 homeless men, women and children in the north Texas area annually by providing food and shelter, educational programs, and assistance in securing and maintaining employment.

We offer more than just a bed and a meal; we offer an opportunity to return individuals and families to stability.

On Saturday, November 13th, Arlington Life Shelter will host The Giving Gathering an event benefiting the shelter.

Keeping the evolving pandemic in mind, this year’s event will be a sponsored gala for our guests residing at the Shelter that will include a plated dinner, music, activities for shelter residents, and online auction and raffle items that supporters can join in on from home! When you support our holiday event this year, you are giving a wonderful experience to individuals and families who need support more than ever during these uncertain times. Exposure for the auction donors will include publicity on our social media channels and print coverage, and other materials.

We are asking for your support by donating an item or items that we can use for our silent auction. The Silent Auction is a significant part of the evening for supporters and the shelter.
