Our dedicated Cancer Care Services Nurse Navigator plays a pivotal role in guiding patients through their cancer journey, serving as a patient advocate, and facilitating connections to essential resources and services. These include transportation, medication, access to a dietician, financial assistance, pastoral care, and various external community resources.
