Description

My name is Amanda Scott and I am happy to write to you on behalf of Dare to Empower, Inc. a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that was established to meet the needs of at-risk teenagers and their families in the Atlanta Metro Area. Since our establishment, we have been able to implement programs and initiatives to positively impact on the lives of those within our local community through providing support and resources.

As 2020 is moving swiftly along; and we are observing the devastating effects of the COVID-19 pandemic, we are currently in the process of planning our Annual Christmas Program - The Holiday Helping Hand Initiative. This Program is focused on families living in temporary shelters, low-income families, families in foster homes, adoptive parents, homeless veterans and domestic violence survivors. We work to ensure that they are provided with holiday gifts, decorations and food baskets for the holiday season.
