The Joyful Child Foundation in Memory of Samantha Runnion is pleased to announce our annual Gala will be held on Saturday, September 23, 2023, at The Huntington Club in Huntington Beach, California.

The Joyful Child Foundation is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit corporation (Federal Tax ID EIN:55-0794474) founded in 2002 after the abduction, molestation, and murder of five-year old Samantha Runnion. Its mission is to prevent crimes against children through programs that educate, empower, and unite families and communities in the protection of all children. To achieve this mission, The Joyful Child develops and coordinates age-appropriate safety education, empowerment tools, and trainings for children, parents, and youth serving professionals to reduce the risk of child sexual abuse, abduction, and all forms of violence.

Your donation will help raise funds to support our BRAVE Initiative, which empowers nearly ten thousand children annually in Southern California with potentially life-saving skills. 90% of all proceeds go to BRAVE Programs that empower and protect children.
