I’m on the planning committee for the 17th Annual Miracle League fundraiser on Saturday, April

19, at The Witte Museum. The event will feature an intimate concert with Mark Willis, a seated

dinner, and silent and live auctions.

Would you be interested in donating an item for our silent auction?

The Miracle League of San Antonio is an organized baseball league that allows children with

disabilities to play on a field made just for them... the first of its kind in our community! Each

game is played at The Mays Family Field of Dreams, a custom-designed field of cushioned

synthetic turf that accommodates wheelchairs and other walking assistance devices while

helping to prevent injuries.

The league is for children of all ages, and each Miracle League baseball player is assigned a

“buddy” who assists them with hitting the ball and rounding the bases. Buddies are fellow

schoolmates, parents, siblings, college students, business leaders...anyone who wishes to

volunteer their time to give a child the gift of baseball. The Miracle League is a 501(c)(3)

nonprofit organization, EIN Number 20-0734372.
