Description

Headquarters: Crowley, Texas

Founded: 2022

Focus: We join Freed People teams, open-source intelligence tools, and the expertise of law enforcement, in the fight to end human trafficking. This technique develops a flow of information that can recover victims of human trafficking and locate human traffickers. This collaboration provides solutions that have helped solve cases in a matter of minutes.

Values:

Faith - freed people free people. We believe that as Christ freed us, we should lead the fight to free others. We pray that physical freedom turns into spiritual freedom.

Family - we desire to restore families.

Collaboration - we work with many agencies for a common goal.

Humility - we don't compete for the credit. The more we are seen the fewer we can serve.

79,000 children are being sex trafficked on any given day in Texas according to the experts.

$150B in illegal annual profits - (Wal-Mart + Apple + Facebook + Amazon + JP Morgan Chase = $150B 2021 profit)

40.3M Slaves today

Human trafficking is the fastest growing criminal enterprise in the world.

Law Enforcement is Tip of the Spear in this fight, but they face an uphill battle:

Underfunded

  • Under-resourced
  • Understaffed
  • Under pressure
  • Under the microscope
  • Under tremendous case loads
  • Underestimated

Child Exploitation and human trafficking are crimes that require extensive time, resources and technologies to problem solve. Today, most units dedicated to fighting child sexual exploitation are buried in case loads and reactive leads not having time to proactively target the worst offenders.

NGO’s

Who is rescuing these kids – NGO’s

NGO’s are doing many great things all over the world for survivors of human trafficking, but the reality is a study in 2021 found that it takes $30,943.50 donated to equal one recovery. That’s not sustainable. Freed People’s average cost per recovery is $2,798.65. It’s because that’s our primary focus.
