As a public school with limited resources, we rely on the generous support of our businesses.   To continue offering our students a top-notch public education, making improvements to our aging building and ensuring our students are using state of the art technology, we are hosting a fundraiser, the Rugby Rally, on November 19, 2022.    We will sell 300 tickets to the popular dinner & auction event, and our goal is to raise over $30,000 for the school which directly benefits the children. 

As an effective way to promote your business or organization, we would like to invite you to donate to our fundraiser.    We offer several options to promote your business or organization while supporting our school:

1.     A generous donation, gift card, products or other gifts in kind valued at $250 or more ensures your organization is featured as a standalone item during our live auction.  Everyone attending our event will hear about and see your item and have an opportunity to bid on it during the live auction at our event.  In addition your business or organization will be featured as a Rugby Rally sponsor. 

2.     A generous donation, gift card, products or other gifts in kind valued between $100-$249 ensures your organization is featured as a standalone item on our silent auction table.  Everyone attending our event will see your item and have an opportunity to bid on it during the silent auction at our event. In addition your business or organization will be featured as a Rugby Rally sponsor.  

3.     A generous donation, gift card, products or other gifts in kind valued between $26-$99 could be combined with other donations and featured on our silent auction table in a gift basket.   Everyone attending our event will see the items and businesses included in the gift basket and have an opportunity to bid on it during the silent auction at our event.  In addition your business or organization will be featured as a Rugby Rally sponsor.

4.     Generous donations or gifts in kind up to $25 could be featured as a raffle prize or combined with other donations in a gift basket.  This includes gift cards up to $25, products or business logo swag such as tumblers, hats or t-shirts promoting your business or organization.    Everyone who purchases a ticket to our event will be included in the raffle and have an opportunity to win your prize.
