Dear Friend and Neighbor,
We are writing to ask if you would consider donating to The Sara Marie School
as we celebrate 10 years serving the children in our community.
The Sara Marie School is a private not-for-profit elementary school located at
942 Route 146, Clifton Park, New York 12065. The school is chartered by the
New York State Department of Education and employs dedicated teachers
providing an educational environment offering differentiated learning
solutions with limited student to teacher ratios. The school’s programs include
full-day Nursery, Pre-K, and Kindergarten. The Sara Marie School is
dedicated to the memory of Sara Marie Chase Duffany who was taken from us
too soon, but who left an indelible mark on those she taught and all who knew
her.
The past few years have been full of so much uncertainty in the face of the
COVID-19 pandemic. Despite all the uncertainty, we as a school have never
once wavered from our devotion to our students by providing them with a safe,
warm, and fun place for them to learn and grow. As a not-for-profit school, we
rely greatly on the families of our students and the community for financial
support. Our fundraising efforts were deeply affected by the pandemic; most
notably our in-person events. We are pleased to return to hosting in-person
fundraising events this year as our financial needs continue to grow.
The Sara Marie School is hosting several events this year including an Gala in
March and a 10-year Celebration Fundraiser at the end of the school year.
Monetary sponsorships are available at a variety of levels as outlined in the
attached documents. Whatever level you choose, your support is greatly
appreciated and will go towards meeting the ongoing operational needs of the
school. We are also accepting goods or services your business may provide to be
auctioned off at our fundraising events.
To show our appreciation for your support we will happily display advertising
and have your company listed in promotional materials for our fundraising
events and on our school website. The Sara Marie School is a 501(c)3
charitable organization. Your donation and support will be used to invest in
our community’s greatest assets: its children.
