Description

The Shield Event is an annual, gala event hosted by the Parent Teacher Fellowship of Stockdale Christian School.  The purpose of the event is to raise funds to offset costs to our families for the following:

Classroom technology  - i.e. Chromebooks, iPads, document printers, cameras

STEAM programs  - i.e. Robotics teams, Quest for Space (which partners students with NASA astronauts and the International Space Station)

Sports -  i.e. uniforms, equipment, tournament fees

Field Trips - K-8th 

Band - i.e. perfomance transportation, instruments, uniforms

Teacher support - i.e. classroom supplies, encouragement 

 

 

By fundraising outside of our parent community, The Shield Event fosters the relationship between Stockdale Christian School and our local community partners, while ensuring that all students have an equal opportunity to engage in the extracurricular activity of their choosing.

The Shield Event is a ticketed event with dinner, live entertainment and live and silent auctions.
