Founded in 1964 by parents of adult children with disabilities, Lincoln Training Center, a 501(c)3 not-for-profit organization, specializes in providing skilled workers with jobs in the community. A new federal mandate, Community-Based Integration (CBI), requires us to also ensure that people with disabilities have access to social and educational as well as professional opportunities in the community. LTC’s Enrichment Fund provides the means to give our participants a variety of rich experiences.
