Dear Sacred Heart Friend or Community Partner:

Sacred Heart Catholic School is an elementary school in El Reno, OK.  We serve Canadian County families by providing a challenging, enriching, and service based education for children grades Pre-3 through 6th grade. The annual “Taste of Sacred Heart” will be held Saturday, March 8, 2025.  The Taste of Sacred Heart is the main fund-raising event for our school.  Last year the event raised over $120,000 from generous contributions of our supporters who attend the event.  The proceeds from the Taste of Sacred Heart are designated for the operation of Sacred Heart School.

The Taste of Sacred Heart is organized by volunteers from the school, parish, and community.  As in past years, the evenings activities will include food tasting booths, a $3,000 winner’s choice raffle, silent and live auctions, and live music from Jeremy Rowe.  We will have Zonly Looman live painting one of his amazing works of art to be auctioned off during the event. Food tasting booths are provided by individuals or businesses that share a sample of their favorite recipe. 

We are currently collecting merchandise and services for our event and we are requesting your support. The Past silent auction items have included trips, hotel/dinner packages, sports or arts venue tickets, signed  memorabilia, works of art, and a variety of services.

Would you be willing to donate to our auction? We are so grateful for any item, big or small, as each item has a significant impact on the outcome of our fundraising goal!

Items received prior to February 22nd will be included in the on-line catalog.  Please describe the item you are donating and include any specific information such as “blackout dates”, any restrictions, or expiration dates that apply to the donated item.
