Description

The White Party presents Moonlight and Magic Gala will be held on Saturday, June 14th from 6-10pm at the stunning 1863 Club located at the Saratoga Race Course. Guests will enjoy a lively cocktail hour, a delicious dinner, live music, and silent and live auctions all to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Saratoga County. The featured guests of the night include the events co-chairs Kimberly & Leigh McConchie, the agency’s Community Builder Recognition Awardees Sonny & Julie Bonacio, and special guest Emcee & Auctioneer Chris Onorato, Anchor for News Channel 13.

The celebration commences at 6pm with a cocktail hour on the second floor of the 1863 Club overlooking the beautiful race track and infield. The hour will feature a themed cocktail from Cooperstown Distillery, prosecco provided by 90+ Cellars and other beverages provided by DeCrescente Distributing Company, Inc. as well as stationery and passed hors d’oeuvres. At 7pm, guests will take their seats in the dining room. CEO Jane Mastaitis will greet guests and present the Community Builders Recognition Award to recognize the Bonacio’s impact on Saratoga County and their exceptional leadership within the community. Chris Onorato will then host a live auction, and throughout the night, guests and the public can peruse and bid on the extensive offerings in the silent auction.

Approximately 300 guests are expected to attend, and any item donors will have their logo and their item listed at the event as well as online during our silent auction. The silent auction will be accessible online during the week leading up to the Gala.
