On Sunday, April 3, 2022, we will be hosting our annual Spring fundraising and awareness event. “The Wine Affair Wine, Beer, & Cheer- Presents Derby Days.” will feature both local and nationally recognized wineries, breweries, and restaurants, and will also include a Silent Auction. This year’s event will be held on Main Street, in downtown Newhall, California, located in Santa Clarita Valley. We anticipate approximately 300 guests at this event. The funds raised will go towards supporting women and girls globally and in our community through our three pillars: women’s health issues, women in crisis and celebrating women. Soroptimist’s mission is to provide women and girls with access to the education and training they need to achieve economic empowerment.
