Please accept this letter as a request for a donation of a silent auction item (Six Flags Family Package of tickets) to be included in the TWHS Quarterback Club’s 33rd Annual Golf Tournament & Silent Auction which benefits the 2023-2024 Quarterback Club Scholarship Fund. This event will take place on Monday, May 15, 2023 at The Woodlands Country Club Palmer Course and serves as an important fund raiser for the QBC Scholarship Fund. This fund awards scholarships to all qualifying seniors who have participated across various roles in our football program. Over the past 33 years The Woodlands High School Quarterback Club has awarded more than $1,100,000 in scholarships to more than 900 deserving students!The generous support of our community businesses enables the Quarterback Club to continue to meet the growing needs of student athletes, trainers and video support staff who have worked hard on and off the field throughout their high school career.

     Over 900 students and their families will be a part of the 2023-2024 TWHS football program. The
Annual Golf Tournament and Silent Auction provides an excellent marketing opportunity for your
business. It introduces and reinforces your professional presence to potential customers and clients, while demonstrating your support for our local students. Next season will be one of the biggest senior classes in the history of the program. We appreciate your support in assisting us with awarding these student athletes with a monetary scholarship upon the completion of their 2023 season.

     The highly successful Silent Auction is always one of the highlights of the tournament event. We are asking that you please donate an item (Six Flags family package of tickets) to this very worthy cause. The Woodlands QBC is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization and all donated items are tax
