Founded in Tyler, Texas in 1994, Therapet is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit (FEIN: 75-2554185) that provides animal assisted therapy. Our volunteers take their specially trained and certified pets to hospitals, schools, prisons, events, libraries, community organizations, and community events to motivate, comfort and inspire people.

We are 100% donor-supported and our largest fundraising event of the year is Therapet Totally Unleashed. This year’s event will be on October 13, 2018 from 6:30 – 10:30 pm at KE Bushman’s Celebration Center in Bullard, Texas. Therapet Totally Unleashed is a casual gala with a Texas theme. We are contacting you early with the hopes that you will consider sponsoring or donating to this event.

Therapet Totally Unleashed 2018 is expected to draw over 300 supporters and will feature dining, dancing, and both a silent and a live auction. Participating businesses will be prominently featured on our event signage, on our website, and on social media. Last year our event raised over $90,000.
