We are once again planning for our bi­annual fundraiser, Metcalf Montage! Montage provides an opportunity for the families of students and invitees to enjoy a wonderful night of food, raffles, activities,  auctions, music and fun, while giving back to the school at the same time. The 2022 Montage will be held on Saturday, April 23rd at BloNo Pizza Co in Normal, Illinois. Unlike other PTOs, we don’t ask students to sell products or solicit door to door throughout the year. Instead, our primary support comes from Montage and other smaller fundraisers. Money raised by Montage has been used to purchase a wide range of items that directly impact students. 

Past grants have gone towards the purchase of a pottery kiln for our Art classroom, bookcases and furniture for the library, a 3D printer, lighting for the auditorium, and frosted paw prints for the windows of the large gym. We have also funded Metcalf to convert the multi-purpose room into an Imaginarium testing out the latest in cutting edge STEAM activities, technology, and classroom furniture, and also create a leveled reading library where students can easily find new and appropriate books at their appropriate reading level. Most recently, we have been able to create the outdoor fitness trail. 

In order to make this event successful, we depend on the support of businesses and community members to donate exciting live and silent auction items. We are writing this letter in hopes that you would be willing to donate gift cards or merchandise from your business for this year’s event.
